Getting Ready for The Old West Show

Gene broke his hand this month, so we are going to need some strong, able-bodied members to assist with setting up the standards for the Old West show. If you can help out please let us know at meeting.

We will also need help with receiving and runners for judging (see Jackie McCoy), and Glynmary will need help in the kitchen. Don’t forget to sign up to sit the show also! Sign-up sheets are going to be passed around at the meeting.

Glynmary has also notified us that after doing a splendid job organizing the show receptions, she would like to train someone else to take over that duty. If you can help we would like to hear from you.
